About Me
My name is Shahaira and I am excited to introduce myself and tell you about my passion. I’ve been a registered nurse since 2006 and have extensive experience in treatment at Intensive Care Units as a Critical Care Nurse, both for the NHS and in the private sector.Having for the past few years developed a real love for aesthetics treatments, I have decided to merge my two passions and founded Sculpt and Cherish which combines both physical wellbeing and inner beauty which splashes out on the outside.
As an aesthetics nurse my main focus is on non-invasive procedures, such as Anti-Wrinkle and Filler treatments, Skin boosters and Vitamin therapy. These procedures not only improve the appearance of the skin, but also have a positive impact on self-esteem and overall wellbeing. I strongly believe that when someone feels good about themselves it radiates from within and affects all areas of their lives.
I really enjoy building great long term well-being relationships and find it incredibly rewarding to see the transformation and increase in confidence after successful treatments using high grade medical treatments with natural looking results.
As a medical professional, I am regulated by the NMC (Nurses and Midwifery Council), and accountable to their governing body. In addition to my nursing qualifications, I have also received specialized training and certifications in various aesthetic procedures. I constantly stay up to date with the latest techniques and advancements in the industry and firmly believe in the importance of continuing education and lifelong learning.
I am dedicated to providing my clients with a safe and comfortable experience, which is why I also offer a mobile service as well as working at Harley Street Consulting Clinic. This way you can achieve your desired results in the comfort of your own home or in a clinical environment, both of which are perfectly safe.

Education
- Graduated from university in 2006 in nursing.
- Had an interest in Medical and Surgical nursing - lots of experience in these areas.
- Further educated myself as a critical care nurse (ICU) and have been in this field for over 15 years and present.
- However, I wanted to better myself further and have an interest in Aesthetics, hence self funded myself to complete Foundation and Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler courses with Derma Institute in 2023.
